Solari Homes

Solari Homes is the Overseas Division of Agenzia Solari and is operated and managed by Rosalind Green. Ros was born in England and left there in the 1980’s to travel and live in other parts of the world, including the USA, Australia and Greece. She came to Italy in 2001 to settle in the Maremma area, where she is very happy to stay! Her previous work included co-owning a successful company in California. She is organised, efficient and a great believer in customer satisfaction, and has first hand experience of buying and selling as a foreigner in this region.

Agenzia Solari is owned and operated by Luciano Solari, who was born and raised in Porto Santo Stefano. He qualified as an estate agent in 1996, operating from his home town. Luciano prides himself on being a perfectionist and will ensure that the purchase or sale of your property will run as smoothly as possible, surmounting every problem, no matter how difficult. Agenzia Solari is a registered Estate Agency and therefore conforms to the industry’s governing body, FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents). The agency will shortly be relocating to Orbetello.
